由黑河地委宣传部、地区社科联、地区历史学会联合举办的纪念“九·一八”事变60周年学术报告会,于1991年9月18日在黑河市举行。地直各党委、地直宣传系统的干部参加了这次学术报告会。黑河师专历史系副教授、地区历史学会副会长王淑芝同志做了学术报告。她在报告中回顾了“九·一八”事变的历史背景,陈述了“九·一八”事变给中国人民尤其是给东北人民带来的深重灾难,讴歌了中国人民在党的领导下,夺取抗战伟大胜利的历史。地委宣传部副部长、地区社科联主席祁学俊同志参加了学术报告会并讲了话。
The academic symposium to commemorate the 60th anniversary of the “September 18 Incident” jointly held by Propaganda Department of Heihe Prefectural Party Committee, Regional Social Science Federation and Regional Historical Society was held in Heihe on September 18, 1991. Directly to all party committees, cadres and direct propaganda system to participate in the academic report. Wang Hezhi, an associate professor of history at Heihe Teachers College and vice chairman of the Regional Historical Society, gave an academic report. In her report, she reviewed the historical background of the “September 18 Incident” and stated the serious disaster brought about by the September 18th incident to the Chinese people, especially to the people of northeast China. She sang the Chinese people, under the leadership of the party, Capture the history of the great victory of the war of resistance. Vice Minister of Propaganda Department of the CPC Committee of the Communist Party of China, Comrade Qi Xuejun, chairman of the regional federation of science and technology attended the academic report and made a speech.
