2008年以来,受国际金融危机影响,海运业陷入低谷,波罗的海指数大幅下挫,船舶融资难问题显现,使得航运企业在经营过程中迫切需要解决现金流吃紧的问题。在这种背景下,融资租赁作为一种新的融资模式快速崛起。本文首先分析了融资租赁对海运业发展的积极作用,进而阐明了海运业实施融资租赁中存在的主要问题,最后提出了海运业实施融资租赁的改进措施。
Since 2008, due to the impact of the global financial crisis, the shipping industry has plunged into the doldrums. The Baltic Sea Index has plummeted. The problem of shipping financing has become apparent, which has made shipping enterprises urgently need to solve the problem of tight cash flow during the course of operation. In this context, the financing lease as a new financing model rapid rise. This article first analyzes the active role of financial leasing in the development of the maritime industry, and then expounds the main problems in the implementation of the financial leasing in the maritime industry. Finally, it puts forward some measures to improve the financial leasing in the maritime industry.
