慢性闭角型青光眼因其发病隐晦,症状不典型,是临床上迟迟不能确诊,甚至误诊、漏诊,以至失去治疗时机的主要原因。笔者仅就在我院门诊所遇我院或外院误诊病例进行分析。临床资料误诊病例共7例8只眼,其中男性5例,女性2例;右眼4只,左眼4只;干部3人,工人2人,农民2人;年龄54—65岁之间;病程最长5年,最短2年。既往诊断:老年性白内障4例,视网膜中央静脉血栓1例,慢性结膜炎1例,高度
