花粉含有蛋白质类物质,属外源性抗原,是引起花粉症等重要致敏原。一日内气传与致敏花粉的研究,国内很少报导。我们于1984年9月6日13时至9日12时,对呼和浩特市地区一日内气传与致敏花粉进行了调查并提出分析,现报导如下:方法:1、空气曝片与镜检计数:采用国内通用花粉取样器,置二楼平台上,每隔三小时更换载玻片一张,连续调查三昼夜,镜检落在载玻片4.84cm~2上的花粉种类及数量。2、花粉浸液含氮量的测定:这是衡量致敏花粉的重要标志。我们用 Nessler’s法,测定其蛋白氮含量。3、皮肤试验:把花粉浸液,配成皮试液,对70例花粉症患者进行了皮肤试验,并做阴性对照,标准分五级即+++、++、+、±,-号结果一、空气曝片共观察24份,镜
