目的探讨可吸收材料治疗儿童下颌骨骨折的临床疗效。方法分析2011年8月至2013年6月郑州大学附属郑州中心医院采用可吸收材料治疗儿童下颌骨骨折的32例作为实验组,随机选取我院同期采用传统钛板钛钉治疗儿童下颌骨骨折的32例作为对照组。比较两组患者术后骨折延期愈合、张口受限、咬合不良和骨折不愈合等不良并发症的发生情况。结果 2组患者骨折均愈合,实验组总并发症发生率为1563%,对照组为21.8%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论可吸收材料是儿童下颌骨骨折可靠、理想的内固定材料,具有等同钛板一样的固定效果。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of absorbable materials in the treatment of mandibular fractures in children. Methods Analysis From August 2011 to June 2013, 32 cases of children mandibular fractures treated with absorbable materials were collected from Zhengzhou Central Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University as experimental group. The mandibular fractures of children 32 cases as a control group. The postoperative complications of delayed union, limited mouth opening, bad occlusion and nonunion of fractures were compared between the two groups. Results The fractures healed in both groups. The total complication rate was 1563% in the experimental group and 21.8% in the control group. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion Absorbable material is a reliable and ideal internal fixation material for mandibular fracture in children. It has the same fixation effect as titanium plate.
