对外汉语教育事业的发展、推广正处于难得的发展机遇期,对外汉语教师的数量与质量对这项工作的开展有着重要的制约作用。师资的培养与选拔是对外汉语教育目前存在的最为突出的问题。了解对外汉语教学的发展,掌握其教学对象特点以及课堂特点,因材施教是目前我国对外汉语教学的重中之重。
The development and promotion of the education of Chinese as a foreign language are in a period of rare development opportunities. The quantity and quality of TCFL teachers play an important role in restricting this work. The cultivation and selection of teachers is the most prominent issue of teaching Chinese as a foreign language. Understanding the development of teaching Chinese as a foreign language, grasping the characteristics of its teaching objects and the characteristics of the classrooms, teaching students in accordance with their aptitudes is currently the most important task in teaching Chinese as a foreign language.
