机械专业实训安全永远是第一位的,安全问题包括人身安全和设备安全,数控实训只有在保证操作人员的人身安全和机床设备安全的前提下才可以安排教学。职业学校生源素质下滑已是不争的事实,而数控机床对操作人员的要求却比较高,操作者一旦操作失误,就可能对昂贵的机床造成损伤,带来较大的经济损失。
Machinery training safety is always the first one, safety issues including personal safety and equipment safety, CNC training only in ensuring the safety of the operator’s personal safety and machine tools under the premise of teaching can be arranged. It is an indisputable fact that the quality of students in vocational schools is declining. However, the requirements of CNC machine tools on operating personnel are rather high. Operators who operate incorrectly may cause damage to expensive machine tools and cause great economic losses.
