浙江省近年来鼓励民营企业参与国有文化单位改革,投资文化产业。2004年下半年,大型民营企业横店集团与美国著名电影娱乐公司时代华纳及中国最大的国有电影公司中影集团签约,在中影集团控股的前提下组建中外合资电影娱乐公司。2006年,该公司投拍的电影《疯狂的石头》以不到300万元的小成本赢得了2300万元的票房,赢得社会关注。
In recent years, Zhejiang Province has encouraged private enterprises to participate in the reform of state-owned cultural units and invest in cultural industries. In the second half of 2004, Hengdian Group, a large-scale privately-owned enterprise, signed a contract with Time Warner, a famous American movie entertainment company, and China Film Group, the largest state-owned movie company in China, to establish a Sino-foreign joint venture movie and entertainment company under the control of China Film Group. In 2006, the company’s movie “Crazy Stone” won the box office of 23 million yuan at a small cost of less than 3 million yuan to win public attention.
