1991年夏季检修中,进我厂大修的6台C-12M联合收割机的发动机,由于缺少缸筒和活塞环而不能组装。场部农机公司先后几次派人到内蒙古、吉林等地购买,均无货。眼瞅着收割期已迫在眉睫,为了应急使用,我们用热托-7211拖拉机的缸筒车削后代替C-12M联合收割机的缸筒,用解放CA-141汽车的活塞环代替C-12M联合收割机的活塞环,代用后解决了问题。经过麦收季节使用考验,效果良好。现将有关改制代用方法介绍如下: 1.由于C-12M联合收割机缸筒台肩列第一道阻水圈槽的距离为169.5毫米,而热托-7211拖拉机的
