目的建立以盐酸-硝酸(3∶1)消化体系,用氢化物发生原子荧光光度法测定车间空气中锡及其化合物。方法在微孔滤膜中加入适量的盐酸-硝酸(3∶1)混合酸,温控条件下消化后,用氢化物发生原子荧光光度测定锡及其化合物浓度。结果本方法在0~200μg/L范围线性关系良好,相关系数为0.999 6,方法最低检出限为2.1μg/L,低、中、高3种不同浓度的标准系列相对标准偏差的范围为0.6%~2.9%,加标回收率的范围为96.5%~102.2%。结论王水消化后氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法测定滤膜中锡及其化合物,滤膜前处理简便,干扰少,检测速度快,灵敏度高,适用批量车间空气中锡及其化合物的监测。
Objective To establish a digestion system of hydrochloric acid - nitric acid (3:1), and to determine the presence of tin and its compounds in the plant air by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Methods The appropriate amount of hydrochloric acid - nitric acid (3: 1) mixed acid was added to the microporous membrane. After digestion under the temperature control condition, the concentration of tin and its compound was determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry with hydride generation. Results The method showed good linearity in the range of 0 ~ 200 μg / L with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 6. The detection limit of the method was 2.1 μg / L. The relative standard deviation of the standard series with low, medium and high concentrations was 0.6 % ~ 2.9%, the recoveries ranged from 96.5% to 102.2%. Conclusions Hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry was used to determine tin and its compounds in the filter membrane after digestion of aqua regia. The pretreatment of the membrane was simple, less interference, fast detection and high sensitivity. It was suitable for the monitoring of tin and its compounds in the air of batch workshop.
