专家系统的发展要求系统在人机交互方式上尽可能采用自然语言.另外,人的推理本身就涉及到不确定性知识.因而,在建立一个专家系统设计工具或设立一个专家系统时,研究不确定性知识的表示是重要的.本文简要地说明专家系统的不确定性知识的表示和自学习推理的模型,以及在IBM-PC微机上,采用dBASE(III)实现不确定性的知识表示和询问过程. 一、具有不确定性知识表示和自学习推理的专家系统的结构
