一、传统教学内容的传承和改造传统教学内容在我国体育课程教学的历史上发挥着重要的作用,取得了较大的成果。但以往传统教学内容较注重教学内容的系统化和竞技化,因而所规定的许多教学内容过于枯燥、难度较大,这完全不符合学生身心发展的特征,结果造成了许多学生对体育课的教学内容不感兴趣、教学效果不佳等问题。
