目的研究正畸Edgewise托槽技术在松牙固定中的应用，以提高固定松动牙的疗效。方法应用正畸Eedgewise托槽技术（多数为加圆丝）治疗35例患者计58颗创伤因素所致松动牙。结果评估45颗牙疗效为优，9颗牙疗效为良，4颗失败。结论正畸Edgewise托槽技术是一种可靠的松牙固定方法，特别是其加圆丝技术具有某些独特的优越性。
Objective To study the application of orthodontic edgewise brackets in the fixation of loose teeth to improve the efficacy of fixed loose teeth. Methods The orthodontic Eedgewise bracket technique (most of them plus plus wire) was used to treat 58 patients with loose teeth caused by 58 traumatic factors. Results Evaluation of 45 teeth was excellent, 9 teeth were good and 4 failed. Conclusion The orthodontic Edgewise brackets technique is a reliable method for the fixation of loose teeth. In particular, the addition of the round wire technique has some unique advantages.
