本次研究主要探讨初中教师的教育背景、对合作学习的认知和课堂基本使用情况、监督与反馈、教师的反思和学习情况方面进行研究。调查有以下几个重要发现:1.教师性别比例不均衡,班级人数过多;2.课堂合作学习内容形式单一;3.评价反馈内容缺乏文化意识的渗透;4.目前关于合作学习小组的学习情况;5.教师反思积极并且多元化。
This study mainly explores the educational background of junior high school teachers, and studies the cognition of collaborative learning and the basic usage of classroom, supervision and feedback, teachers’ reflection and learning situation. The survey has the following important findings: 1. The gender ratio of teachers is not balanced and there are too many classes; 2. The content of classroom cooperation learning is single; 3. The content of evaluation feedback is lack of cultural awareness; 4. The current study about cooperative learning group Situation; 5. Teachers reflect the positive and diverse.
