1991年,是我院遥感技术应用丰收的一年。我们贯彻“立足铁路,面向社会”的方针,利用遥感技术进行了北京市门头沟区的灾害调查、陇海线宝天段增建第二线初测遥感地质工作、湘黔线坪口至底庄段增建第二线初测初步设计遥感地质水文工作、南昆铁路线米花岭隧道地质调查和顶效至威舍段的岩溶调查。北京市门头沟区遥感灾害调查系在北京市科协组织下,由我院遥感所、地矿部遥感中心、中科院地质所三个单位的科技人员组成调查组,并指定我院遥感所所长卓宝熙高级工程
In 1991, it was a year of harvest application of remote sensing technology in our hospital. We implemented the principle of “based on the railway and oriented to the society”, conducted a survey on the disaster in Mentougou District of Beijing using remote sensing technology, built the second line of preliminary test and remote sensing geological work in Baotian Section of Longhai Line, and added the second line of Pingkou- Geological and hydrological work of remote sensing for preliminary design, geologic survey of the Mihualing tunnel on the Nankun railway line, and karst survey from the top section to Weishe section. Mentougou District of Beijing Institute of Remote Sensing and Disaster Investigation under the Beijing Association for Science and Technology, remote sensing by the Institute, the Ministry of Geology and Mineral Resources Remote Sensing Center, Institute of Geology three units of scientific and technological personnel to form a survey team, and designated director of Remote Sensing Institute Po Hee senior project
