一、前言目前,采用焊接长钢轨以减少铁路线路薄弱点之一的钢轨接头已很广泛。特别对高速铁路而言,这是一项必需的设备。长钢轨线路与标准轨线路相比,有以下优点: 1.轨道的维修周期较长; 2.轨道部件损坏较少; 3.减少列车摆动,旅客舒适; 4.减少震动和噪音; 5.较适宜于多镐捣固机的使用。为了使长轨可行、实用,必须解决以下问题: 1.在每一长轨条的终端,要处理好钢轨的伸缩。
I. INTRODUCTION Presently, the rail joints using one of the long lengths of welded rail to reduce the weakness of the railway line have become widespread. This is a necessary equipment especially for high-speed trains. Compared with the standard rail line, the long rail line has the following advantages: 1.
