目的了解河南省省直医疗单位介入放射工作人员X射线受照剂量情况,为保护介入放射工作人员的身体健康,规范管理介入放射工作,制订相应的防护管理措施提供依据。方法分别采用现场检测和热释光法测定介入放射工作人员工作环境辐射水平以及全身剂量当量。结果介入放射工作人员工作环境辐射水平和全身剂量当量远大于普通放射工作人员(P<0.001)。结论应加强对从事介入放射工作人员的管理,提高操作技术水平,增强防护意识,降低受照剂量,实现放射防护最优化。
Objective To understand the dose of x-rays absorbed by direct medical staffs in Henan Province for the purpose of protecting the health of interventional radiologists, standardizing management interventional radiological work, and formulating corresponding protective management measures. Methods The radiation level and total dose equivalent of interventional radiologists were measured by field test and thermoluminescence respectively. Results Interventional radiation workers working environment radiation levels and systemic dose equivalent far greater than the average radiation staff (P <0.001). Conclusion The management of personnel engaged in interventional radiology should be strengthened, the technical level of operation should be enhanced, the awareness of protection should be enhanced, the dosage of radiation should be reduced, and the radiation protection should be optimized.
