在饱和蒸汽流量测量中,常常因温度压力的变化,使差压式流量计流量测量精度大大降低。其误差可达±30%。为了提高测量精度,我们自制一种专用温压补偿计算尺。由于饱和蒸汽的温度与压力存在着函数关系,而压力和重度又存在着单值函数关系。我们若忽略因操作工况的变化所引起的α、ε等参数的变化,那么,温压补偿,归根结蒂就是重度补偿。因此,我们可以得出实际流量G与流量计的示值G_0的关系式: G=(r/γ_oG_o)~(1/2)式中: G-实际流量 G_0-示值流量γ-实际重度γ-0-示值重度若令补偿系数K=(γ/γ_0)~(1/2) 则 G=K·G_0 基于上式,我们制作了一把专用计算尺(如附图所示)。
