采用免疫组化技术观察肝硬变患者(n=30)、非肝硬变患者(n=10)的胃冠状静脉壁中血小板衍生生长因子、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子、表皮生长因子、转化生长因子α的表达与分布。发现肝硬变患者上述4项的强阳性率分别为93%、89%、70%和68%,而非肝硬变患者均为阴性。同时发现肝硬变患者胃冠状静脉有内皮细胞损伤、平滑肌细胞肥大增殖和血管构形改建。结果表明,肝硬变胃冠状静脉可产生生长因子,生长因子通过自分泌—旁分泌机制影响血管的功能与结构
Immunohistochemistry was used to observe the expression of platelet-derived growth factor, basic fibroblast growth factor, epidermal growth factor in the gastric coronary vein wall in patients with cirrhosis (n = 30) and non-cirrhotic patients (n = 10) Expression and distribution of growth factor. The strong positive rates of the above four items in patients with cirrhosis were found to be 93%, 89%, 70% and 68%, respectively, but not in patients with cirrhosis. Also found in patients with cirrhosis of gastric coronary vein endothelial cell injury, smooth muscle cell hypertrophy and vascular remodeling. The results show that cirrhosis of the gastric coronary vein can produce growth factors, growth factors through autocrine - paracrine mechanisms affect the function and structure of blood vessels
