目的探讨电离辐射对宝鸡市不同职业放射工作人员的影响,为采取科学的防控措施提供科学依据。方法根据放射工作人员的职业性质,对2013年宝鸡市244名(包括医用诊疗组108人,工业探伤组84人,高压试验组52人)放射工作人员进行健康检查,选择染色体、血常规及B超3个检查项目进行统计分析。结果染色体畸变率高压试验组最高,为13.5%;血常规异常中高压试验组的白细胞异常率最高(11.5%),而工业探伤组的血小板异常率为第2位(8.3%);B超检查中发病率最高的部位是肝脏,医用诊疗组、工业探伤组及高压试验组的肝脏异常率分别为13.9%、34.5%和26.9%,其次是胆囊。结论长期小剂量电离辐射对放射工作人员健康有一定的损伤,对不同工种放射工作人员产生不同影响,相关部门应进一步加强防护工作。
Objective To explore the effects of ionizing radiation on radiation workers in different occupations in Baoji City, and to provide a scientific basis for taking scientific prevention and control measures. Methods Based on the occupational characteristics of radiation workers, we conducted a health check on 244 radiation workers in Baoji City in 2013 (including 108 medical treatment teams, 84 industrial test teams and 52 high-voltage test teams). Chromosomes, blood and B Super three inspection items for statistical analysis. Results The chromosome aberration rate was the highest in the high-pressure test group (13.5%). The highest leukocyte abnormality rate was 11.5% in the middle-high-voltage test group, while the second was in the industrial testing group (8.3%). The ultrasonography The highest incidence in the liver, medical clinics, industrial testing group and high-pressure test group of liver abnormalities were 13.9%, 34.5% and 26.9%, followed by the gallbladder. Conclusion Long-term low-dose ionizing radiation has some effects on the health of radiation workers and has different effects on radiation workers of different types of work. Relevant departments should further strengthen the protection work.
