工匠精神是2016年政府工作报告新词。“工匠精神”不仅代表了市场的需求、政府的人才培养方向,更是对广大技能人才提出的新要求。作为技工院校的学生,更应该兼具有此种精神。如何培养促进兼具有工匠精神的学生职业素养的提升,是摆在技工教育工作者面前的难题,尤其是与各个专业息息相关的语文教学。因此,本文依据技工院校语文教学的现状,从“工匠精神”的内涵、必要性及语文教学实际等几方面提出了自己的思考。
Craftsmanship is the new word of the 2016 government work report. “Craftsmanship ” not only represents the needs of the market, the direction of the government personnel training, but also the new requirements of the vast number of skilled personnel. As a technical college students, but also should have such a spirit. How to cultivate and promote the professionalism of students who have the spirit of artisanship is a challenge faced by mechanics education workers, especially those related to various professions. Therefore, based on the current situation of Chinese teaching in technical schools, this paper puts forward my own thinking on the connotation and necessity of “artisan spirit” and the actuality of Chinese teaching.
