大学英语教学质量的提升离不开教师的教学管理,文章从全面质量管理理论在教育领域中的应用出发,针对大学英语教学的实际情况,提出教师应加强管理意识,积极参与到管理当中,实施教学质量管理。
The improvement of college English teaching can not be separated from the teaching management of teachers. Based on the application of total quality management theory in education, this paper proposes that teachers should strengthen the management awareness and actively participate in the management of college English teaching Teaching Quality Management.
