四川长虹电子集团有限责任公司是我国电子行业中规模最大、实力最强、影响最大的企业之一。在当前我国经济发展与改革的新形势下 ,这个连续 10多年快速奔跑的家电巨人 ,也不可避免地进入了以结构调整为重点的新的发展时期。两年来 ,长虹通过对公司组织结构、市场结构、产品结构、产权结构和经营机制、人才机制等多方面的调整 ,现已取得初步成效。长虹的作法和经验 ,对于我国的企业界和理论界有着重要的借鉴和启示。
