本文作者结合自己常年在新疆基层从事小品创作和表演的经历,论述了当前新疆基层群众小品创作中普遍存在的内在和外在问题,从作品艺术样式、主题内容、创作人才队伍、奖励机制完善、演出市场等方面进行分析和阐述,并客观的指出了问题存在原因和解决建议,从而希望促进边疆地区基层群众小品的创作和发展。
Based on his own experience of writing and performing skits at grassroots level in Xinjiang all year round, the author discusses the internal and extrinsic problems that are common in the creation of grassroots people’s sketches in Xinjiang at present.
