脉络膜骨瘤是脉络膜良性肿瘤,近年来国内已有10例以上报导,最近我们发现1例,报告如下:刘永洪男16岁住院号58129 13年前被玉米茬刺伤右眼,施角巩膜缝合术,并经抗炎治疗,术后视力丧失且眼球逐渐缩小。于1990年2月17日来诊,要求行右眼球摘除术。检查:右眼视力无光感,眼球小、内陷,顾侧睑、球结膜有一束粘连,角膜扁平呈弥漫性灰白混浊,眼压T-2,余窥不见。诊断:右眼球萎缩。于1990年2月19日在局麻下行右眼球摘除术,术中发现球结膜与巩膜部分粘连,分离困难,眼球及视神经
