介绍了珩磨工艺的发展 ,研究运用专家系统实现对珩磨进行系统的工艺设计 ,并对工艺过程进行系统诊断 ,解决发动机、工程机械中精密偶件孔珩磨技术的难点和弱点 ,通过专家系统丰富的知识积累、科学的推理和准确的判断 ,引导人们采用先进科学的珩磨工艺 ,排除人工操作的不利影响因素 ,获得理想的珩磨网纹结构 ,实现珩磨技术的飞跃。
The development of honing process is introduced. The system design of honing system is researched by using expert system. The system diagnosis of process is systematically studied. The difficulties and weaknesses of hole honing technology in engine and construction machinery are solved. Through expert system, Knowledge accumulation, scientific reasoning and accurate judgments, guide people to adopt advanced scientific honing process, eliminating the adverse effects of manual operation, access to the ideal honing structure, honing technology to achieve a leap.
