急性根尖周炎是口腔内科的一种常见病,当牙髓炎发展到晚期,牙髓组织大部坏死,感染通过根尖孔而导致根尖组织的急性炎症。本病患者常产生一种剧烈的搏动性跳痛,牙周膜肿胀,患牙不能对(牙合),并伴有体温及白细胞增高等全身症状,由于患者的剧痛及开口度过小,不能作局部治疗,再加上部分城市患者滥用抗生素而产生的抗药性及毒性反应,而疗程长疗效慢。我科自1994年以来,采用复方青苓合剂治疗80余例急性根尖周炎患者,在短期内解除了患者的痛苦,收到较满意的疗效。
