近日,大连市委组织部从建立健全直接联系群众长效机制的角度出发,按照市委的要求,相继制定了《中共大连市委常委、委员(候补委员)、市党代会代表、基层党员群众定向联系工作制度》(以下简称《定向联系群众工作制度》)、《关于进一步完善市领导联系两院院士和高层次专家办法》(以下简称《联系院士专家办法》)和《〈关于进一步落实领导干部直接联系群众制度的实施意见〉的补充意见》(以下简称《联系群众制度补充意见》)等三个文件。
