2001年12月4日,成都市中级人民法院公开审理了四川省建国以来最大的个人贪污受贿案——原乐山市副市长李玉书案。法院经审理认为,被告人李玉书身为国家工作人员,利用职务之便,先后索要和收受贿赂现金人民币816万元、凌志IS200型轿车和马自达929轿车各一辆,劳力士手表(价值人民币5.46万元)一只,以上款物共计人民币893万余元,其财产收入和支出明显超过合法收入,尚有242万元人民币、9.1万元美金,李不能说明其合法来源。
