中职教育要积极进行改革创新,才能保证人才培养的质量,有效向社会输入更多优秀的技能型人才。在中职教育中,现代学徒制人才培养模式有益于实现人才的成功培育。这里研究了现代学徒制人才培养模式在中职人才培养中的重要作用,分析了现代学徒制人才培养模式的具体实施的策略,对于促进中职教育的发展,提升人才培养的质量具有积极的意义。
Vocational education should actively carry out reform and innovation in order to ensure the quality of personnel training, effective input to the community more outstanding skilled personnel. In secondary vocational education, the modern mode of apprenticeship talent training is conducive to the successful cultivation of qualified personnel. This paper studies the important role of modem apprenticeship talents training in secondary vocational school personnel training and analyzes the concrete implementation strategies of modern apprenticeship talent training mode, which has a positive meaning for promoting the development of secondary vocational education and enhancing the quality of talent training .
