辽化是个现代化的大型联合企业,自动化程度较高,操作、维修和企业管理都要求有充足的技术文件资料作指导和工作参考。辽化在施工中,设计修改很多,现在如不索取修改图作竣工图,将来继续利用原图定会发生问题。所以,国家建委、纺织部和省、市上级档案部门对辽化编制竣工图非常关心,一再督促我们及早动手,认真做好。
