经济学类专业近年来随着我国市场经济的成熟度而逐渐成为各大高校的热门专业,经济学类专业偏重于理论,但开设的课程实用性都比较强。经济学类专业毕业生就业前景很好,主要分布在金融行业、房地产业、商务服务业、教育相关行业等。党的十八大报告中提出:“要推动实现更高质量的就业”。对经济学类毕业生来说,更高质量的就业是什么?对毕业生本人而言,是自身与岗位的匹配度高,能够实现职业理想;对社会来说,是能够为社会带来正外部性,实现更多的社会价值。本文通过对经济学类2014-2016届722份毕业生就业数据进行分析,探索经济学类毕业生高质量就业的实现。
In recent years, with the maturity of the market economy in our country, economics majors have gradually become the hot topics in major colleges and universities, while the majors in economics emphasize the theory. However, the practicalities of the courses are relatively strong. Economics graduates employment prospects are very good, mainly in the financial industry, real estate, business services, education-related industries. The 18th CPC National Congress report states: “To promote higher quality employment”. For economic graduates, what is the higher quality of employment? For graduates themselves, they have a high degree of self-employment, and can achieve their ideal of occupation. For the society, it is able to bring positive Externalities, to achieve more social value. This paper analyzes the employment data of 722 graduates in economics class in 2014-2016, and explores the realization of high-quality employment of economics graduates.
