股静脉或肱动脉注射少量7.5％NaCl溶液能使重度失血性休克兔的动脉血压升高,脉压增加,心率加快和所有兔存活,而静脉注射生理盐水,不能恢复循环机能,所有兔死亡。两侧迷走神经切断后,静脉注射高张NaCl溶液有同样的良好作用。这些结果提示,静脉注射高张NaCl溶液抗重度失血性休克兔的作用,与迷走神经完整与否无关。
Injection of a small amount of 7.5% NaCl solution into femoral or brachial arteries increased arterial blood pressure, increased pulse pressure, accelerated heart rate, and all rabbits survived severe hemorrhagic shock, whereas intravenous injection of saline failed to restore circulatory function and all rabbits died. After vagotomy on both sides of the vein, intravenous injection of high-NaCl solution has the same good effect. These results suggest that the effect of intravenous injection of hypertonic NaCl solution on severe hemorrhagic shock in rabbits is not related to the integrity of the vagus nerve.
