用0.5%浓度KH_2~(32)PO_4溶液喷施玉米、大豆、高粱和谷子等作物的叶片上,喷施2小时后吸收磷6—11%,三天后吸收42—50%。在作物生育后期喷KH_2(22)PO_4,二十天后测量果穗的放射性强度,果实来自根系的磷只占根外吸收的3%左右。根外磷成为果实磷素营养的主要来源。叶片喷磷后磷素营养运输的方向是双向运输,玉米、大豆主要表现向下隔叶运输;高粱、谷子主要是向上运输。
The leaves of corn, soybean, sorghum and millet were sprayed with 0.5% KH_2- (32) PO_4 solution for 6-11 hours after spraying and 6-50% after 3 days. KH_2 (22) PO_4 was sprayed in the late stage of crop growth. The radioactivity of ear was measured after 20 days. The phosphorus from the roots of the fruit only accounted for about 3% of the root absorption. Phosphorus is the main source of phosphorus nutrition in roots. Phosphorus sprayed phosphorus leaves the direction of transport is a two-way transport, corn, soybeans, the main performance of the next leaf transport; sorghum, millet is mainly up transport.
