正值96年12月29日庆祝深圳美术馆建馆二十周年喜庆之际,在深圳美术馆馆长裴建华的主持下,举行了一次甚有深度的关于美术馆在当代人们生活中的地位及作用的讨论。讨论之前,首先有上海美术馆执行馆长李向阳,广东美术馆馆长林亢生,广州美术馆副馆长刘加振分别介绍了本馆的情况,为讨论的展开提供了来自美术馆内部的第一手资料。
