青稞是禾本科大麦属的一种禾谷类作物,因其内外颖壳分离,籽粒裸露,故又称裸大麦、元麦、米大麦。青稞在青藏高原具有悠久的栽培历史,青海省格尔木市曾连续多年种植青稞的面积超过春小麦,达到两万多亩,产品主要销往西藏。为全面落实化肥农药使用量零增长行动,实现“一控两减三基本”目标,保障农产品生产安全,积极探索产出高效、资源节约
Barley is a cereal of the genus Barley belonging to the grass family. Because of the separation of the glume shell inside and outside and the bare grain, it is also called naked barley, wheat and barley. The barley has a long history of cultivation in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. Golmud in Qinghai Province has planted barley for many years in a row more than spring wheat, reaching more than 20,000 mu and its products are mainly sold to Tibet.
