随着淋巴网状组织免疫学研究的进展,近年来对恶性淋巴瘤命名及分类以及其代表的概念,文献中意见分歧,同传统命名分类间出现认识上的混乱,致临床病理工作者在诊断、治疗中感到困惑。因此,有必要研究适合目前应用的简明组织分类。作者等参考近年文献中有代表性的分类意见,分析了河北省几个单位在218,430例外检材料中所见恶性淋巴瘤1,047例,初步提出我们的命名意见和标准与传统分类及国外几种分类作了比较,并分析其一般临床资料,供临床病理工作者参考。
