哑型二尖瓣狭窄临床较少见。笔者遇到4例,报道如下:例1.女 36岁,因心悸、气短9年,加重2个月入院。有风湿病史。查体:口唇紫绀颈静脉怒张,心界向两侧扩大、心率90次,律不齐,心尖部第一心音亢进,无舒张期杂音,肺动脉瓣区第二心音亢进。心电图:心房颤动。X线:二尖瓣型心脏,右心缘双弓影,肺动脉段凸出。心脏B超扇形扫描:右心室3.3cm,左心房3.8cm,左心室4.4cm,二尖瓣口面积0.8cm~2,前后叶增厚,活动受限。M型
Dumb-type mitral stenosis is rare. The author encountered 4 cases, reported as follows: Cases 1. Female 36 years old, due to heart palpitations, shortness of breath for 9 years, increased 2 months admitted to hospital. Have a history of rheumatism. Examination: lips cyanosis jugular vein engorgement, the heart to both sides to expand, the heart rate 90 times, irregular arrhythmia, apical first heart sound hyperthyroidism, no diastolic murmur, pulmonary valve area second heart sound hyperthyroidism. ECG: atrial fibrillation. X-ray: mitral heart, bilateral right arch edge of the bow, prominent pulmonary artery segment. Heart B ultra-fan scan: right ventricle 3.3cm, left atrium 3.8cm, left ventricular 4.4cm, mitral valve area 0.8cm ~ 2, before and after the leaf thickening, limited mobility. M type
