采用MCGiniss改良膨胀计与SW—1型微位移测量仪,测定了丙烯酸(AA)—苯乙烯(St)感光共浆合速率;发现对苯二酚丙酮溶液是暗反应的有效抑制剂,利用102—G气相层析仪和170—SX:弗里哀变换红外尤谱仪,对AA—St感光共聚合体系的单体浓度北和共聚物链节比逆行了定量分析,并计算了单体的竟聚率,在40℃时的结果为:I_1=0.32, I_2=0.85 最后比较出三种增感剂对AA—St感光共聚合反应活性大小的次序为:BE(安息香乙醚)>B(安息香)>DK(二苯甲酮)。
Using MCGiniss modified dilatometer and SW-1 microdisplacement measuring instrument, the photosensitive co-sizing rate of acrylic acid (AA) -styrene (St) was measured. Hydroquinone acetone solution was found to be an effective inhibitor of dark reaction. -G Gas Chromatograph and 170-SX: Frizzled infrared spectrometer were used to quantitatively analyze the retrograde ratio of monomer concentration of copolymer monomer and copolymer chain in AA-St photopolymerization system. The monomer Conjugation rate, the results at 40 ℃: I_1 = 0.32, I_2 = 0.85 Finally, the comparison of the three photosensitizer copolymerization reaction sensitization activity order: BE (benzoin ether)> B (benzoin )> DK (benzophenone).
