我们对患Ｂｅｈｃｅｔ病的１８例男性患者和１０例女性患者的临床资料进行了分析，发现男性患者的葡萄膜炎复发频率高，易发生严重的视网膜血管炎，对治疗的反应及视力预后均较差。性别对Ｂｅｈｃｅｔ病的影响可能与性激素有关。
We analyzed 18 cases of male patients with Behcet disease and 10 cases of female patients with clinical data were analyzed and found that male patients with high recurrence rate of uveitis, prone to severe retinal vasculitis, the response to treatment and visual acuity were more difference. The effect of sex on Behcet disease may be related to sex hormones.
