股骨髁Hoffa骨折是一种膝关节内不稳定骨折，临床发病率极低，但治疗并发症较多。国内外学者对其研究相对较少。近年来，随着影像学检查手段、外科手术器械、骨折内固定装置以及外科治疗理念等方面的不断革新，Hoffa骨折的诊断及治疗方法取得了重大进展。 CT、关节镜等技术得到普及与应用，改良的手术方式及更科学牢固的骨折固定方式不断被提出，使患者术后膝关节功能的恢复得到显著改善。“,”Hoffa fracture of the femoral condyle is an unstable intra-articular fracture,the clinical inci-dence of which is very low,but the complications are common.The study of Hoffa fracture is very limited in both domestic and oversea field.In recent years,with the development of videography technology,surgical instruments,fracture fixation devices,surgical treatment theory and other aspects,diagnosis and treatment of Hoffa fractures has made significant progress.CT,arthroscopy and other techniques have been popularized and applied,better surgical methods and fracture fixation methods have been proposed ,which have improved the postoperative knee function recovery significantly .
