甲状腺激素作用于身体的每个细胞，几乎参与了女性所有的生殖生理活动。因此，正常的甲状腺功能有利于维持妇科内分泌系统的稳定。贯穿于女性一生各个阶段的妇科内分泌疾病（如不良妊娠结局、多囊卵巢综合征、卵巢储备功能下降及绝经相关疾病）几乎均与甲状腺功能相关。因此，正确认识妇科内分泌相关疾病与甲状腺功能的关系，将有助于提高临床诊治水平。“,”Acting on almost every cell in human bodies , thyroid hormones are involved in nearly all physiological activities of female reproduction.Therefore,normal thyroid functionality is beneficial to maintain the stability of the gynecologic endocrine system.Throughout all phases of a female life,almost all gynecologic endocrine diseases are associated with thyroid function,for instance,adverse pregnancy outcomes,polycystic ovary syndrome,diminished ovarian reserve and menopause-related diseases.Therefore,an accurate under-standing of the relationship between gynecologic endocrine diseases associated with thyroid function ,will con-tribute to the improvement of the clinical diagnosis and treatment .
