“,”Multiple myeloma(MM) is one kind of hematological system malignancies, the pathogenesis of which involves the interaction of myeloma cells and bone marrow microenvironment ,the effects of cytokines and genetic abnormality. Now, MM is short of effective therapeutic measures.Janus kinase/signal transducer and activator of transcription ( JAK/STAT ) pathway is closely correlated with the generation , progress and treatment of MM.Study on the components and activation of JAK/STAT pathway will be helpful to explore the specific mechanisms of MM and find new therapeutic targets .
