利用辐射与离体培养相结合的方法,在37份材料上进行了离体筛选。研究了辐射对离体培养的影响和毒素的筛选效果,初步建立了诱发突变和离体筛选体系。获得了三个抗根腐病的小麦突变系。
In vitro screening was performed on 37 materials using a combination of radiation and in vitro culture. The effects of radiation on in vitro culture and screening of toxins were studied, and the system of induced mutation and in vitro screening was preliminarily established. Three lines of wheat lines resistant to root rot were obtained.
