禁止“有偿新闻”无疑要加强新闻队伍的自身建设,特别是职业道德的建设。但是,仅靠新闻界的努力是不够的,还要靠社会各界的共同努力,形成综合治理“有偿新闻”的大环境。具体说来,应该做好以下四个方面的工作:(一)、澄清模糊认识,理直气壮地刹住歪风。在“有偿新闻”盛行的地方,大凡有这样几种观点。一日:现在搞市场经济,一切都是商品,新闻也不例外,因此向被报道者索取补偿理所当然;二曰:
