409注射液为生川乌等三味中药经剂型改进制成的灭菌水溶液。经过临床试用已证明它对原发性肺癌、肝癌等恶性肿瘤有明显抗癌作用,且毒副作用少。 我们采用上海第六人民医院等单位建立的人胃腺癌细胞株SGC—7904细胞,常规培养,经胰蛋白酶和EDTA消化液消化,细胞计数,底面积50×20mm~2培养瓶每瓶接种2×10~5个细胞,加15％小牛血清的MEDIuM199培养液,37℃密闭式培养,细胞到指数生长时加药,以含生理盐溶液的培养液为对照,长春新碱为抗癌药物对照。将409注射液和长春新碱作梯度稀释后,加给细胞连续7天用倒置镜观察活细胞的毒性反应,找出细胞对药物的最大耐受量,用此剂
The 409 injection is a sterile aqueous solution made from Shengwei and other three traditional Chinese medicines. After clinical trials have proved that it has obvious anti-cancer effects on primary lung cancer, liver cancer and other malignant tumors, and fewer side effects. We used human gastric adenocarcinoma cell line SGC-7904 established by Shanghai Sixth People’s Hospital and other units, routinely cultured, digested with trypsin and EDTA digestion solution, and counted cells. The bottom area was 50×20mm~2 flasks inoculated 2× per bottle. 10 to 5 cells, 15% fetal bovine serum MEDIuM199 culture medium, 37 °C closed culture, cells to exponential growth, dosing, the control solution containing saline solution as a control, vincristine as an anticancer drug control . After serial dilution of 409 injection and vincristine, the cells were added to the cells for 7 consecutive days. The viability of the living cells was observed using an inverted microscope to find out the maximum tolerance of the cells to the drugs.
