随着我国居民生活质量的提高,居民进入方便生活消费阶段,并开始向享受生活消费阶段发展,居民餐饮势头强劲。但在餐饮消费过程中,不科学不合理的消费模式依然存在,浪费现象严重。本文研究在生态文明视野下,如何将餐饮消费引导到科学合理、符合生态文明建设要求的模式上。
With the improvement of the quality of life of residents in our country, residents have entered the stage of consumption convenience and started to enjoy the development of living consumption. The residents enjoyed strong momentum in catering. However, during the consumption of food and beverage, unscientific consumption patterns still exist, and the waste phenomenon is serious. This paper studies how to guide the consumption of food to the mode that is scientific and reasonable and meets the requirements of the construction of ecological civilization from the perspective of ecological civilization.
