在粘土瓦的生产中,干燥是最复杂的一道工序,它在很大程度上决定着产品的质量。苏联许多砖瓦厂都用俄罗斯建筑材料工业设计院设计的隧道干燥室。为了更好地控制和调整这种隧道干燥室的干燥过程,奥尔德仁基德佐夫等砖瓦厂通过多次试验,拟定了如图1所示的控制和调整制度。陶制品的干燥过程,可分为两个阶段(参见图2)。在第一阶段,干燥速度是固定的。更确切地说,坯体的温度是固定的,即:
In the production of clay tiles, drying is one of the most complicated processes and it largely determines the quality of products. Many brickyards in the Soviet Union use tunnel drying rooms designed by the Russian Building Materials Industrial Design Institute. In order to better control and adjust the drying process of this kind of tunnel drying room, many brick and tile foundries such as Alder Renjidezov have adopted several tests to formulate the control and adjustment system as shown in Figure 1.
