实践证明,挖掘机钢丝绳的使用期限是不长的,以小时计为:夏季冬季牵引钢丝绳 280—350 160—180提升钢丝绳 460—540 420—510对于大功率挖掘机说来,这个期限还要短些。在施工中因更换钢丝绳而引起的挖掘机停工时间是很多的。但是对提高挖掘机钢丝绳寿命及使用可靠性的问题在科研机关和工厂方面还没有给以应有的注意。对于这个问题,不能仅从提高钢丝绳强度方面考虑,因为它在结构上是薄弱件,并藉以防止工作装置及整个挖掘机的损坏。为了提高钢丝寿命及使用可靠性,建议:1.在提高钢丝绳硬度和增加炭锰含量至其疲劳强度不降低的前提下,提高钢丝绳耐磨性;

In order to improve the service life and reliability of steel wire, it is recommended that: 1. To increase the hardness of steel wire rope and increase the content of carbon and manganese to the extent that its fatigue strength does not decrease, the wear resistance of wire rope is improved;
