明朝冯应明在《菜根谭》一书里,把“德”与“才”的相互关系,说得十分形象、确切。他说:“德者才之主,才者德之奴。有才无德,如家无主而任奴用事矣,几何不(?)魉猖狂?”此话是说,“德”是主人,“才”是奴仆,“才”的一切行动,完全由“德”指挥。若有“才”无“德”,等于“主人”不管事,任你为奴仆的“才”胡乱行事。这样的“家庭”怎能不“鬼怪”横行?! 时下人事、组织部门擢拔官员的标
